Click the "Go To Clinic" button.
Follow the on-screen instructions to register yourself.
Clicking the "Registration" button opens the registration page.
Required fields (DOB, Email, Password, Confirm Password, Zip Code, Business Name, NPI Number [10 characters]) must be filled in to enable the "Submit" button.
Upon successful registration, a welcome email is sent to the registered email address.
By default, your role will be "Admin" after registration.
System Administrators or Secretaries can register new patients.
To register, navigate to the "Patient" section in the main menu.
Click "Add Patient" on the Patient Dashboard.
Follow the six-step registration process.
Complete all fields marked with a red asterisk (*) as they are mandatory.
Upon successful registration, the system automatically sends a welcome email with the patient's username.
Go to main menu then patients and in the listing of patients you will see a pencil button at the end of each patient.
Click on that button and you will see the entire from of that specific patient.
Do the necessary changes and hit the Save button at teh bottom left corrner.
If the Case Status is 'Not Active Case' then the record is not deleteable
Go to main menu then patients and in the listing of patients you will see a delete button at the end of each patient.
Click on that button and that specific patient will be deleted fronm the records.
The "New Case Assignment" button is initially enabled if the "Case Status" is "Non-Active."
Clicking the button opens a dialog box with three options:
Use Recent: Applies the previously entered treatment permission.
Add New: Prompts the user to enter a new treatment permission.
Cancel: Closes the dialog box without any action.
Access the Patient Assignment Page: From the main menu, navigate to "Patient Assignment."
Select Service Provider: Choose the desired service provider from the drop-down menu in the top-right corner.
The first section displays unassigned patients.
The second section displays patients already assigned to the selected provider.
Admin/Secretary can assign patients from the first section to the selected service provider.
The "Accounts" section provides a listing of treated patients. For each patient, the following information is available:

Login: Service providers log in using their credentials.
Patient List: Upon successful login, a list of all assigned patients is displayed.
Processing Tabs: Three tabs are available for processing each patient.
Start Processing: Clicking "Start Processing" opens the SOAP Notes tab.
SOAP Notes: The SOAP Notes tab allows service providers to fill in patient details and complete the treatment process.
Template Editor: Service providers can use the Template Editor to create and save templates for future use.

Provides a snapshot of the patient's current physical condition.
Captures the patient's own description of their symptoms, concerns, and medical history.

Usually presented in the patient's own words.
Provides relevant background information about the patient's condition.
Includes medical, occupational, and lifestyle details.
Documents findings from the physical examination and a systematic review of the patient's body systems.
Includes objective observations, measurements, and assessments conducted by the service provider.
Documents the doctor's view on the patient's perspective.
Applies ICD codes to categorize the patient's diagnosis.
Outlines the specific treatments or procedures performed.
Uses CPT codes to categorize and standardize treatments for billing and documentation.
Used for billing, insurance, and medical record-keeping.
Prescribed Visits: Specifies the number of recommended patient visits
Re-Evaluate in Days: Sets the timeframe for the next patient visit.
Appointment Scheduling: Automatically creates appointments for future visits.
The case is automatically closed after the prescribed number of visits is completed.
Attatch more CPT codes by using the treatment section.
By click this bulb icon dialog box will open to add more CPT codes
After clicking the blub icon dialog box open to add the CPT code from the dialog box is down below.
To add just click the blue Icon the Icon color changed to green with tick mark show.
The new CPT code will be added.
In the diagnosis section you can add more ICD code.
Click on the blub icon which is left to the text dialog box open.
List of ICD Codes pop up.
In the dialog box hit the bule icon + button to add the ICD code.
